Sounds so comforting that cheesy dip. I've never used my crock pot for such a recipe before, so will have to give it a go, esp. as its very wintry here and this would be warming.

Hi Molly! So glad that you are finding time to blog :) Mindy actually made a super yummy real green bean casserole for Thanksgiving - you should ask her for the recipe - she fried shallots to put on top. It was so good and I really like the traditional casserole too.

I've been looking for a fun recipe to give to my Husband's cousin who is a college student. She loves sweets and baked goods but doesn't always have the resources to bake them herself.

I think making the dry mix, putting it in a jar (like those cookies in a jar) and typing up the directions on a cute card would be a perfect (and cheap!) gift.

That casserole looks delish! I am always looking for new ideas -- we tend to eat the same thing and with that only be 60 calories a serving it sounds like something I could add to our list of favorites!
