
Ingredients:
- 1 package of yellow cake mix (I used Pillsbury)
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can pineapple slices
Directions:
- Mix yellow cake mix as directed on the package, using juice from the pieapple instead of water (add water to make up additional amount if necessary)
- Melt butter and brown sugar over low heat in a large pan
- Place pineapple rings onto lightly greased 9x13 pan
- Pour cake batter on top of rings
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Let stand for 5 minutes and then flip over onto cooling rack
Tangy and sweet! Yum!
