Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts cut into thin strips (I used three, modify the recipe to fit your needs)
- 1/2 Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 2 TBSP soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. each ground ginger, garlic powder, crushed red pepper (I went heavier on the red pepper... I love the heat!)
Directions:
- Cut the chicken into strips, throw into a pan with cooking spray
- Cook through over medium heat
- Mix dressing and spices in a separate bowl
- Add dressing mix to the chicken (still over the stove) at low heat, turning often
- The dressing mix will start to carmelize over your chicken over a few minutes. Keep stirring and be patient :)
You could serve this dish with veggies, pasta or rice. I decided to do mixed vegetables and homemade focaccia. That recipe is next!
You've got to try this chicken... so good!
