Ingredients:
- Garlic, minced
- Two cucumbers
- Fresh Dill
Brine:
- 3 Cups water
- 6 TBSP white vinegar
- 3 TBSP salt
Directions:
- Mix up the brine, set aside
- Slice cucumbers (I made pickle chips, but you could easily make spears too!)
- In your jar, add some fresh dill at the bottom and add some cucumber slices.
- Repeat this until the jar is full.
- I sprinkled minced garlic on top.
- Pour in brine until jar is full and wait two days before opening!

After two days, I was ready to test them out! I wasn't sure what to expect.... It was a success! The pickles were delicious and tasted like they came from a deli!
