Believe it or not, I've never cooked with ground turkey before I made burgers with them the other night. I will definitely start using it more though! It's delicious, inexpensive, and can be used as a substitute for ground beef in many recipes!

This recipe is hardly a recipe. I basically used 1 lb. ground turkey and a few other things I had in my fridge. So here is how it worked:
- Place turkey in a bowl, add a shake or two of worcestershire to the meat (this help keeps the turkey moist)
- Add whatever fun ingredients you want to the meat (our burgers had bleu cheese crumbles, chopped onion, crushed red pepper flakes and chopped green pepper!)
- Mix meat and veggies/ingredients by hand
- Form into patties (I use this super fun patty maker that I just had to have from Bed Bath and Beyond! Love it!)
- Prepare burgers how ever you like (i.e. grill, stovetop, griddle, etc)
